What are the dates of SuperEX?
Thursday August 19 to Sunday August 29, 2010.
 
What are the hours of SuperEX?
The grounds open at 11:30 a.m. daily. The midway starts at noon. The Coliseum and the Aberdeen Pavilion open at 11:30am. The Coliseum and the Aberdeen Pavilion both close at 11 p.m. SuperEX closes at midnight except on Sunday August 29 when SuperEX closes at 9 p.m.
 
What are the admission prices?
Admission is $12 for adults and youth ages 12 and over. Children’s admission is $7 for children under 12 years of age. Children two and under get in free.  Prices include HST. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

What do I get for my admission price?
There is endless entertainment including outdoor concerts all free with admission. Enjoy the nine performance areas and close to 50 shows daily!
 
What are the midway prices?
The on-site midway prices are:
$40 for a ride-all-day pass.
Ride coupons are available - $1.75 per coupon or strip of 20 coupons for $33.00. See

Are there any new rides, can anyone ride and what kind are they?
There are two sections of Worlds Finest Shows midway. In Family Land, there are rides designed for children under 10 years of age. Parents can accompany children on many rides.

Older fair goers have a large number of rides from which to choose, including the new Monkey Maze, Haunted Mansion, Fireball, Tornado and Venetian Swing Carousel - the Waveswinger.

Worlds Finest Shows follows the Ride Safe program where graphic signs indicate what physical capacity a rider must possess in order to enjoy the rides.
 
Children can also get height measured at the midway ticket booths so they only have to do this once.
 
Are there any deals?
We have a number of deals.
 
Dr Pepper Advance Pass: From July 27 to August 19 at noon you save $22 by purchasing an Advance Admission and Ride All Day Voucher for only $29.95 including taxes. The vouchers can be picked up at participating Quickie Convenience Stores. You can walk right into the grounds when you present this voucher.
 
What services are there at SuperEX?
In order to serve you better, we provide:
  1. Scouts Canada Lost Children’s tagging area. When you enter the front gate, get your child tagged for faster identification should the child get separated.
  2. Guest relations booth and Greeter. Our bilingual staff, inside and outside the Main Gate, offer you directions and a complimentary daily event guide with site map. A separate Midway Guest Relations Booth handles all midway inquiries.
  3. Police Services: An on-site police station makes the grounds safe and secure. It also serves as the Lost and Found.
  4. Lost and found: See Police Services.
  5. First Aid: Capital Security has full-time, trained first aid staff roaming the grounds and offers two first aid sites as well.
  6. Security: Capital Security has an office and staff roaming throughout the grounds.
  7. Baby change, milk warming and infant nursing stations: Located in the Homecraft area of the Rona Pure Country Pavilion, this service is staffed by female volunteers. It is open from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Baby change platforms are located in the washrooms of both the Pure Country Pavilion and the Sports Pavilion.
  8. Accessibility: All the buildings are accessible to wheelchairs and have accessible washrooms. An elevator, to ease access to the Salons of the Civic Center, is available at Arena Gate 1 off  Bank Street
  9. Wheelchairs: These are offered free of charge and can be signed out at the Guest Relations Booth. You must leave a valid credit card for return when the wheelchair is brought back. Wheelchairs must be returned by 10 p.m

Where can I park?
Limited on-site parking, both for able bodied and accessible parking, is available for at Gate 2 off Bank Street.

 
Are there re-enter privileges?
We encourage everyone to enjoy all we have to offer. If you must exit the grounds for a very short period of time (30 minutes maximum), do so through the Pass Gate located beside the Main Gate. You will receive a re-entry indicator.
 
Can I purchase tobacco products on site?
Lansdowne Park is owned by the City of Ottawa who does not allow the vending of such products.
 
Can I get cash on the grounds and can I use a debit card?
Convenient automated teller machines are located throughout the park. Debit cards and some credit cards can be used to purchase admission, rides passes and many vendor products.
 
Can a refreshing beverage be purchased?
Local Heroes will provide 3 licensed cafes selling Molson  products. You can enjoy a beverage in the International Food Court as well.
 
Can I bring a dog?
No, only working animals are allowed on site.
