All kinds of music and all kinds of bands make this stage as varied a mix as the Pizza Pizza menu. You just might see every conceivable type of band plying their craft from this stage – no two days are the same.
THE STARS ON THE RISE CONTEST The Stars on the Rise Contest really sees the cream rising to the top in this adjudicated contest. Youth, ages 13 to 21 years, compete in three categories: vocal, dance and novelty.

There are preliminary sessions that lead to the semi-final showdowns. The finals crown third, second and first place with each receiving prize money. The winner moves on to the national championship. The contest takes place at the Pizza Pizza Stage.

A Canadian punk-rock band formed in May of 2003. Their songs are catchy and original. At that point they all agreed on naming the band "Unforeseen Consequence". Since then they have played small shows around Ottawa and Stittsville area and have recorded a 5 song demo. Eric left the band in February of 2005. The guys were set back a bit, but they recovered.
